Angeline W. Hunter, 86
Angeline Wells Hunter, 86, of East Jordan, died April 29, 1986, at Charlevoix Area Hospital.
Funeral will be 2 p.m. Friday, May 2, at the Oak Chapel of the Vanderwall Funeral Home. The
Rev. James Duncan of the East Jordan Missionary Church will officiate and burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, East Jordan.
The former Angeline Wells Magers was born June 24, 1899, at Nunica. On Aug. 6, 1920, she married Edwin Wood at Spring Lake. He died May 26, 1953. In 1960, she married Harry Hunter in Grand Rapids. He died in 1964.
Mrs. Hunter had lived in East Jordan since 1924, moving there from Spring Lake.
She was a homemaker and had been employed at the East Jordan Canning Co. for many years.
She is survived by two sons, Charles R. Wood of Boyne City and Jack E. Wood of Nunica; 14 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two great-great grandsons.
The family suggests memorials to the East Jordan Ambulance Fund. Envelopes for that purpose are available at the Vanderwall Funeral Home where friends may call from 7-9 p.m. today and 9 a.m.-9 a. m. Thursday, May 1.
