Audrey M. Gagnon, 75, of East Jordan, died Saturday, April 7, 2007, at Meadowbrook Medical Care Facility in Bellaire.
The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 11, at the Penzien Funeral Homes Ine., in East Jordan. Interment will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery, East Jordan.
Audrey was born on Feb. 23, 1932, in East Jordan, the daughter of Irving and Nathalie (Liskum) Crawford.
She married Medrick Gagnon on July 9, 1955, in East Jordan. He died on Dec. 28, 1981.
She enjoyed cooking and was known fondly as the "Cookie Grandma."
Survivors include two children, Rick (Robin) Gagnon of East Jordan and Janice (Ken) Lavanway of East Jordan; five grandchildren, James (Melissa) Gagnon, Dennis L. Lavanway, Scott Lavanway, Markus Tryban and Joseph Lansing, all of East Jordan; one great-grandson, Tristan Tryban; one brother, Boyd (Mabel) Crawford, of Kalkaska; one uncle, Floyd Liskum, of Bellaire; one sister-in-law, Irene Dougherty, of East Jordan; as well as many nieces
and nephews.
The family will receive friends. 2-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, April 1 0, at the Penzien Funeral Homes Inc., in East Jordan.
Memorials may be directed to Mom's and Tot's Center in Ellsworth.
